Kid's Class
2 Sessions weekly - $100/month
Introduction to strength and conditioning for any kid 12 and under
Structured cumulative program relevant to a growing understanding of movement, body-awareness, and athleticism.
Non sport specific training designed to give a young athletes the tools they will need to succeed later in their careers
Personal Training
$75/Hour
10 sessions/$600

Coach Development Program
Program Options
Technique Teaching and Technical Development
This is designed to teach coaches how we teach the lifts from the beginning stages through to the full lifts. As well as how we use the knowledge learned here to monitor execution in training. Basic programming for the lifts to reinforce technical development will be discussed.
3 Coach minimum.
Power clean/clean teaching progressions. $150 per person.
Snatch teaching progression. $150 per person.
Jerk teaching progression $150 per person.
Package of all 3 $400 per person. Spread over 2-3 days.
Shadow a Training Session
This will allow a coach to sit in on a training session. Here they will learn how we apply our individualized approach to a group setting, how we interact with our athletes and how we adjust the training plan based on the athletes performance that session.
$50 per session.
$85 with addition of pre and post session discussion on the training session to be attended.
Bi Weekly or Weekly Mentorship
This will entail 4 hours a week shadowing our team training sessions. Prior to each session a discussion will be had to review what each lifter will be doing that day. Followed by a discussion after, reviewing the results of the session and how that may impact future programming. This is a good chance to not only see how our training sessions operate but develop a base knowledge of programming on both a micro and macro level.
Weekly: $300 per month
Bi Weekly: $175 per month
